It is found that the Hz-reduction of GO increases the sorptive capacitance of RGO-Hz by a factor of 3.3 in com-parison with GO. The nanostruc-tures of the prepared samples were characterized as functions of the calcination temperature and the hy-drothermal synthesis time, using X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD) and nitrogen adsorption–desorption technique ( BET, BJH ). Using chloride salts as start materials and both of sodium hydroxide and ammo-nia as precipitating agents; The results show that the CoFe2O4 obtained has a mesoporous structure with a pore distribution strongly depending on the experimental conditions. The crystallite size and lattice pa-rameter showed a same variation as function of ( i ) the calcination temperature in the coprecipitation method, ( ii ) the synthesis time in the hydrothermal process. In the process of development of the informatively-measuring checking of quality of technological water systems the task of device planning was distinguished for realization of injection analysis directly for the ecological monitoring of environment and automation of control and management chemical-technological processes.Item A First Principles Study of Chalcopyrite Mn-doped AlGaP2 Compounds(Sumy State University, 2015) Kang, Byung-Sub; Song, Kie-MoonWe studied the electronic and magnetic properties for the Mn-doped chalcopyrite AlGaP2 semiconductor by using the first-principles calculations. The Mn-doped AlGaP2 yields strong half-metallic ground states. The ferromagnetic state is the most energetically favorable one. The states of host Al, Ga, or P atoms at the Fermi level are mainly a P-3p character, which mediates a strong interaction between the Mn-3d and P-3p states. The ferromagnetic ordering of dopant Mn with high magnetic moment is originated from the P(3p)-Mn(3d)-P(3p) hybridization, which is attributed by the partially filled P-3p bands. The high magnetic moment of Mn by P vacancy is produced by 4.2 μB/Mn.Item A new type of (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN nanocomposite coating: Microstructure and properties depending on energy of incident ions(Elsevier, 2018) Багдасарян, Артем Анатолійович; Багдасарян, Артем Анатольевич; Bahdasarian, Artem Anatoliiovych; Pshyk, A.V.; Coy, L.E.; Konarski, P; Misnik, M; Ivashchenko, V.I.; Kempinski, M; Mediukh, N.R.; Beresnev, V.M.; Jurga, S; Погребняк, Олександр Дмитрович; Погребняк, Александр Дмитриевич; Pohrebniak, Oleksandr DmytrovychA novel (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN nanocomposite coatings, which consist of the nitride of the high-entropy alloy and the binary nitride, were synthesized by vacuum-arc deposition at various substrate biases. The elemental composition, chemical bonding state, phase structure, microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings were studied by high-resolution experimental methods: SIMS, GDMS, XPS, XRD, HR-TEM and nano-indentation.It was found that the chemical state of the (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN coatings has a complex nature, which consist of a mixture of nitrides of constituting elements. It was also shown that the coatings are based on B1 NaCl-structured γ-Mo2N-phase with a mixture of crystallographic orientations (111), (200), (220) and (311) together with the B1NaCl-structured (TiZrNbTaHf)N solid-solution phase. First-principles calculations demonstrated that the metal sub-lattice of the (TiZrNbTaHf)N solid solution can be based on Ti1-xHfyTa1-x-y, Zr1-xHfyTa1-x-y, Zr0.25Ti0.25Ta0.5 ternary alloys, which have the lowest mixing energy. The HR-TEM results showed that the nanocomposite nitride coatings have nano-scale multilayer structure with modulation periods ranged from 20nm to 25nm. The maximum hardness of approximately 29GPa demonstrated the coating deposited at a higher energy condition (−200V) with the thinnest modulation period of bilayer of 20nm (15nm of (TiZrNbTaHf)N and 5nm of Mo2N).Item A Novel Nanowire Metal Converter for Improvement the Efficiency of the Gas-filled Radiation Detectors(Sumy State University, 2015) Zarei, H.; Saramad, S.; Eskandari, K.Metal nanowires, due to their special physical properties and also high surface to volume ratio, can have considerable applications in designing and development of novel nano devices. For the radiation shielding, higher absorption coefficient of nano structures in comparison to bulk ones is an advantage. In gas detectors, designing a proper converter with higher efficiency which absorbs higher energy of gamma and X-rays and convert it to free electrons is one of the major requirements. Since the nano wires have higher surface to volume ratio in comparison to the bulk ones, so it is expected that with the same thickness, the generated electrons have higher chance to escape from the surface. In this work, the random Copper nanowires with diameter of 40 nm are deposited on very thin glass slide. This nano structure with thickness of 30 μm is tested with X-rays energy between 12 to 22 keV. The results clearly show that this nano structure for the energy of 20 keV can release electrons three times more than the bulk ones. This novel nanoconverter with higher quantum efficiency can have many applications in high energy physics, medical imaging, and astronomy.Item A Novel Study of Electrospun Nanofibers Morphology as a Function of Polymer Solution Properties(Sumy State University, 2013) Nasouri, K.; Haji, A.; Shoushtari, A.M.; Kaflou, A.Electrospinning is a process of production fibers with diameters ranging from the submicron down to the nanometer size by applying a high voltage to a polymer solution. The important parameters in the morphology of electrospun polymer fibers are polymer structure, polymer solution properties, processing conditions, and ambient parameters. In the present work electrospinning of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) has been attempted to generate uniform nanofibers without beads. Electrospinning was performed at various concentrations ranging from 4 to 18 w/v%. The effects of polymer solution properties on electrospinnability of the PAN/DMF solutions have investigated. Fiber morphology was observed under a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). For the polymer electrospun from low concentration (Be<2), polymer droplets have formed. For the polymer electrospun from semi-dilute solution concentration (24. The relationship between solution viscosity and its concentration is in the form: η 0.0205C4.16 and relation between the diameter of electro-spun the PAN nanofiber and solution concentration is in the form: d 0.0326C3.45. We have also found the deformed anisotropic Hamiltonian for studied potential.Item A Review In Preparation of Electronic Ink for Electrophoretic Displays(Sumy State University, 2014) Kholghi Eshkalak, S; Khatibzadeh, M.Electrophoretic displays attracted a lot of attention recently due to its low cost, low weight, low power consumption and reliability. Based on these characteristics, they are going to replace the conventional paper. Electrophoretic displays are called non- emitting displays based on light particle suspensions. They behave as motion of charged particles in a dielectric fluid towards the electrodes with the opposite charge. Electrical and optical properties of electrophoretic displays suspension composition are dependent on the electronic ink that is called E- ink. Thus, key factors in determining image quality depended on electrophoretic particle properties. Enhancing the great image quality for accurate image control and faster response to the voltage applied is dependent on the very small particle size, narrow size distribution and high surface charge of particles. So a lot of research has been done on the modification of particles, surface morphology, surface charge and their stability in media. These main questions demand an appropriate way of decision for effective Network Management.Item A Stochastic Model of Stick-Slip Boundary Friction with Account for the Deformation Effect of the Shear Modulus of the Lubricant(Allerton Press, Inc., 2010) Хоменко, Олексій Віталійович; Хоменко, Алексей Витальевич; Khomenko, Oleksii Vitaliiovych; Ляшенко, Яків Олександрович; Ляшенко, Яков Александрович; Liashenko, Yakiv OleksandrovychThe melting of an ultrathin lubricating film during the friction of two solid atomically smooth surfaces is studied within the limits of the Lorentz model that approximates a viscoelastic medium, the deformation effect of the shear modulus being taken into account. It is shown that the action of a random force representing additive non-correlated noise results in the sustained oscillation mode that corresponds to stickslip friction. The numerical modeling of the process yields the ratios between the relaxation times at which the stick-slip mode is characterized by a high amplitude. The amplitude of stick-slip transitions is found to decrease as the shear modulus of the lubricant increases.
