Item Innovation and Management of Smart Transformation Global Energy Sector: Systematic Literature Review(Sumy State University, 2023) Чигрин, Олена Юріївна; Чигрин, Елена Юрьевна; Chygryn, Olena Yuriivna; Bektas, C.; Havrylenko, O.The acceleration of globalisation processes and increasing countries’ energy interdependence are required to ensure national energy security and independence. That demands investigating and developing processes and approaches for sustainable transformation of the global energy sector. The article aims to perform a complex review and investigation of the academic environment to analyse the trends and features of scientific publications devoted to new trends and tendencies in the smart energy industry transformation. To provide a categorical and theoretical background on the key scientific publications’ trends, the paper conducted a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications about smart energy management and sustainable energy sector. The subject of investigation is publications on smart energy management and the sustainable energy sector. The article represented the results of bibliometric analysis using the Scopus tools analytics and VOSViewer tools. The investigation answered the central question of the key academic and research tendencies in the smart energy development and sustainable transformation field. Thus, qualitative, and quantitative trends describe the academic tendencies to spread smart and sustainable technologies in the energy industry. Using the Scopus scientometric database, a system of more than 5000 academic texts in the determined area was created from 2001 to 2022. Such countries as India, China, the USA, the UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, South Korea, France represent the analysed scientific area. Describing the key trends and clusters has allowed understanding and systemised the dominant trends in the development of scientific publications in the field of management of sustainable development processes, spreading the IOT processes, and renewable energy.Item Gravity model analysis of client-facing choice (in terms of probability evaluation of clients’ visits to banks)(Sumy State University, 2017) Vashchenko, M.; Cherniavskyi, I.The crisis of the banking sector caused a massive outflow of bank customers. Due to unfavorable situation in the currency and credit markets – exchange rate, undermining the stability of the course of the national currency, outflow of deposit funds, mass closing of accounts in banks – financial institutions went bust. Public confidence in the banking sector has decreased, and as a result – the banks have begun to lose customers in large numbers. In order to keep up, to survive in conditions of uncertainty, risk, and increased competition, most banks choose development strategies which are aimed at improving customer service, since customer choice and confidence in the bank are the key of successful banking business. That is why all aspects of the bank’s activities should be aimed at creating a client base of the bank, sufficient to ensure profit as a result of its activities, to maintain the stability of the client base in the development of the bank. In this regard, the development and implementation of a strategic direction for managing the customer base of the bank deserves more attention than not disposable customer selection. The client base and client selection should be considered as ordinary management objects that require planning and forecasting using pro-technology and modern mathematical tools. Before the management of the bank there is a problem: how to stay in the market and not give up their positions to competitors and attract new clients’ attention to the bank. A solution to this problem can be found by using gravity models.Item Is Proxemics Influencing Leadership?(Sumy State University, 2017) Trifu, A.In this paper, we have no intention to focus on leaders/leadership, on its relationships and debates with man-agement. Our scope is to understand if one major component of the nonverbal communication, i.e. the prox-emics, has an influence on leaders/leadership and to highlight the measure of it. Passing through the Fiedler’s Contingency Model, as an example, we may say that the charismatic and effi-cient leader is focused on the on the tandem task-relations. What needs to be kept is the fact we are interest-ed in the existence of a Leader, not of a good leader. It is a contradiction in terms. In business, but also in politics, the leader is the person who dominates and convinces people around him to work, or to do something for a common goal. Especially politically speaking, in these years it is needed a change of leadership to be accordingly to the new realities and major challenges and defiances of today’s world. Based even on my own experience, studying the activity and behavior of some leaders of our era and papers regarding this main issue, we concluded that the proxemics is influencing leaders/leadership, in a right measure for each leader, but significant for his actions and the state of leadership.
